The European Central Bank decided to leave all three interest rates unchanged as expected. The rates are as follows:

• Main refinancing facility: 0%
• Deposit facility: -0.4%
• Marginal lending facility: 0.25%

Besides the decision on rates we present the most important references included in the statement:

• QE running until the end of December or beyond if needed
• QE can be increased in size, duration if outlook worsens
• QE to run until inflation path has sustainably adjusted
